Peter Gillingham

Peter worked at MOSAID for 25 years, starting as Manager of DRAM Development and occupying a series of increasingly senior management positions until being named VP and General Manager of the IP Division in 2001 and finally Chief Technology Officer in 2006. Prior to MOSAID, Peter was an IC Design Engineer at Mitel Corporation involved in the development of ISDN products. He holds a B.Eng in Electrical Engineering and an M.Eng in Electronics from Carleton University, as well as an M.Sc in Management from Stanford University. Peter served as an Associate Editor of the IEEE Journal of Solid State Circuits for 15 years, as a Technical Program Committee Member for ISSCC and the VLSI Circuits Symposium, and as a member of the JEDEC standards committee. He holds over 100 US Patents and has published more than 20 articles in peer reviewed journals and conferences.
